Day 1: Arrival at Delhi– Shimla ( 380 kms /7 hour approx.)
Meet and assist. Drive to Shimla-Summer capital of India during British period. Overnight journey at Shimla.
Day 2: Shimla: Full day sightseeing
Morning reach Shimla check in at hotel after fresh n up proceed for in and around sightseeing of SHIMLA, visit KUFRI, India’s one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – “THE MALL & THE RIDGE” This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla’s landmarks – the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo – Tudor library building – are worth seeing. Overnight stay at hotel Shimla.
Kufri is a small hill station in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh state in India. It is located 13 km from the state capital Shimla on the National Highway No.22.
The name Kufri is derived from the word kufr meaning “lake” in the local language
The highest point in the surrounding region, Kufri has a Himalayan wild life zoo which hosts rare antelopes, felines and birds including the Himalayan monal, the state bird of Himachal Pradesh. During winter a meandering path through the potato plantations turns into a popular ski track.
Day 3: Shimla – Kullu – Manali(280 Kms, 9/10 Hours)
After breakfast leave for Manali, on the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar lake, Pandoh dam, Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu and overnight stay at hotel in Manali.
Day 4: Manali – Rohtang Pass
Today enjoy excursion to Rohtang Pass also called Snow point- enjoy the beauty of year round snow caped mountails. Evening visit “HADIMBA TEMPLE” Built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway . “CLUB HOUSE” The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day.” Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and “VASHIST” Well known for its hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisth and to Lord Rama. Overnight stay at hotel Manali.
Note: Rohtang Pass will be closed on Tuesday. ( Rohtang Pass Sightseeing is not included. It will be chargeable extra payable directly by the guest)
Day 5: Manali – Chandigarh ( 300 kms / 6 hour approx.)
Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel, proceed to Chandigarh, Chandigarh, the capital of the northern Indian states of Punjab and Haryana, reach and check in at hotel, visit Sukhna Lake, Rose Garden, Rock Garden, also known as Nek Chand’s Rock Garden after its founder Nek Chand, a government official who started the garden secretly in his spare time in 1957., back to hotel, Overnight stay at Chandigarh.
Day 6: Chandigarh – Delhi – ( 250 kms / 5 hour approx.)- Departure
Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel, proceed to Delhi, On arrival drop off at airport/ station for onward journey. Tour Ends with sweet memories.
